Return Eligibility
You may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

- The item should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Items missing original packaging or components
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received, our team will inspect it carefully. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may also be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

شروط الإرجاع

آلية الاسترداد
بمجرد استلام المنتج المرتجع، سيقوم فريقنا بفحصه بعناية. إذا تمت الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع، سيتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة عند الشراء. قد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ عدة أيام عمل حسب البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع.
تكاليف الشحن
يرجى ملاحظة أن رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد. وقد يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع ما لم يكن السبب خطأ من جانبنا أو وجود عيب في المنتج.
