All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are processed during standard business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it will be handed over to our shipping partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

Canada & USA:
Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days

International Orders:
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Shipping Charges

All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) prior to payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving the confirmation email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

في Mudier Trade and Services، نسعى لتوفير تجربة شحن موثوقة وسلسة لجميع عملائنا. نعمل على معالجة وتسليم الطلبات بأسرع وأفضل طريقة ممكنة.

مدة معالجة الطلبات
تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات خلال 2–5 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع بنجاح. تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال أيام العمل الرسمية فقط، ولا تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطل الرسمية.

تكاليف الشحن

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا عند إتمام عملية الدفع وتُعرض جميع الأسعار بالدولار الكندي (CAD) قبل تأكيد الطلب.

معلومات التتبع

بمجرد شحن الطلب، سيتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد تحتوي على معلومات ورقم تتبع الشحنة إلى البريد الإلكتروني المُستخدم أثناء عملية الشراء.

قد يستغرق تفعيل بيانات التتبع بعض الوقت بعد إرسال رسالة التأكيد.

الشحن الدولي والرسوم الجمركية

قد تخضع الطلبات الدولية لرسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو رسوم إضافية حسب قوانين الدولة المستقبلة.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية أي رسوم أو ضرائب إضافية قد تفرضها الجهات المختصة.

معلومات الشحن غير الصحيحة

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال معلومات الشحن الصحيحة والكاملة.

لا تتحمل Mudier Trade and Services أي مسؤولية عن التأخير أو فشل التسليم الناتج عن:

  • عنوان غير صحيح
  • معلومات ناقصة
  • رمز بريدي غير صحيح
  • فشل محاولات التسليم

الشحنات المفقودة أو المتأخرة

إذا تعرضت شحنتك للتأخير أو الفقدان، يرجى التواصل معنا وسنعمل على مساعدتك والتواصل مع شركة الشحن للوصول إلى حل مناسب.
